Zusammenfassung

Ampstek is seeking a UX/UI designer to join our team in Switzerland. You will collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders and developers to translate user needs and business goals into compelling design solutions and a high-quality user experience.

You will lead user-centric design processes, contribute to the design system, and conduct research and usability testing to continuously improve the product across web, mobile, and other platforms.

Qualifikationen

Experience in UX design with a portfolio of work demonstrating engaging user experiences.
Solid understanding of the UX design process from research to validation and implementation.
Experience designing Web software/applications is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of interaction and visual design and prototyping.
Familiarity with design thinking methods is a plus.

Aufgaben

Collaborate with Product Manager, stakeholders and development teams to translate user needs and business goals into high quality design solutions.
Lead the design process with a user-centric approach across products and features.
Contribute to design system development to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design.
Work across platforms and devices ensuring responsive and coherent software solutions.
