Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking an Associate Director, Global Supply Planner to lead long-range supply and inventory planning across sites/CMOs. You will build 3–36 month rolling plans, align demand with capacity, and drive cross‑functional IBP discussions to optimize service and costs.

The role requires extensive SAP and Kinaxis experience, strong analytical skills, and global stakeholder management. Hybrid work with onsite presence at multiple sites worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain planning.
• 5+ years with SAP; S/4HANA expertise highly desirable.
• Experience with advanced planning tools like Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Global, cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–36 month horizon supply and inventory plans for manufacturing.
• Develop rolling 36‑month S&OP plans and align with demand forecasts.
• Integrate 3‑ and 10‑year strategic plans with operational demand.
• Lead capacity planning, scenario analysis, and capital planning.
• Coordinate IBP data, drive continuous improvement in planning.
