Roche is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support Global TechOps & Pharma Quality, providing proactive legal guidance across manufacturing and regulatory areas. You will partner with PT leaders to ensure cGMP compliance and protect product integrity worldwide.

This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, expert English communication, and a readiness to travel. You will influence strategic decisions that keep medicines safe and accessible, aligning legal strategy with Roche's mission.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified attorney-at-law in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of cGMP and manufacturing support in pharma/biotech.
• Strong business acumen with cross-functional influence.
• Clear technical communication in English (German/French/Dutch a plus).
• Willingness to travel and collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic legal counseling with PT Global Heads on quality governance and cGMP compliance.
• Advise on EMA, FDA, Swissmedic and other regulatory manufacturing requirements.
• Support inspections and GMP audits to protect product integrity.
• Manage quality events, deviations, health authority notifications, and field actions.
• Structure quality agreements with external CMO/CDMO networks.
• Direct outside counsel for specialized regulatory matters.
