You will advise on complex, high-stakes matters to ensure medicines are manufactured and delivered safely to patients worldwide. The successful candidate will partner with global Quality and Regulatory leaders, guide inspections and GMP audits, manage external counsel, and help drive compliant manufacturing across Roche’s

Qualifikationen

• Qualified attorney-at-law in at least one European jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of experience with cGMP and manufacturing support in pharma/biotech.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence multinational teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in German, French, or Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Lead Strategic Legal Counseling with PT Global Head of Quality and PT Global Head of Regulatory.
• Advise on Global Regulatory & Compliance Matters for EMA, FDA, Swissmedic, and others.
• Support inspections and GMP audits to protect product integrity.
• Manage Critical Quality Events and collaborate with Quality to resolve supply issues.
• Drive External Quality Partnering and align external networks for manufacturing oversight.
• Direct Outside Counsel for specialized regulatory matters.
