Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in global transport operations.
- Experience with multiple transport modes (air, sea, road, rail).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder skills.
- English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic transport initiatives for inbound operations, including establishing flows to new warehouses and onboarding logistics service providers.
- Lead and optimize inbound delivery performance from factories to warehouses across modes while meeting SLAs and lead-time benchmarks.
- Build strong partnerships with LSPs, regional teams, customs, and supply planning to mitigate disruptions and drive improvements.
- Co-lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with LSPs and markets to evaluate KPIs and enforce accountability.
- Lead standardization efforts across providers and destinations to align global transport requirements.
- Foster best practice sharing and maintain agility for local market needs.
