Zusammenfassung

Trafigura Group is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to support the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and improving the global Compliance Program. The role requires strong mastery of sanctions, AML, and trade controls, with extensive international experience across trading and shipping activities.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance and business lines to embed a culture of integrity, manage regulatory risk and ensure ongoing licence to operate in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Compliance or law professional with at least 10 years’ relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Review sanctions regimes and interpret their relevance to business activities.
• Draft or update sanctions guidance and policies.
• Oversee complex KYC/AML issues and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and risk reviews.
• Lead Compliance projects, including AI-related initiatives.
