Job summary

Board is seeking a SeniorGenAI Engineer to join the GenAI Product team in shaping Board AI Agents and the next-generation generative capabilities. You will drive agentic architectures, orchestrate AI agents, and guide the technical roadmap for FP&A, S&OP, and Retail Planning within an enterprise-grade platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve agentic AI architectures for Board Assistants with scalable integration.
• Lead end-to-end development of AI agents from design to production deployment.
• Define advanced prompt strategies and LLM configurations.
• Build evaluation frameworks for agentic AI performance and outputs.
• Establish GenAI engineering best practices including testing and observability.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering to translate business needs into AI capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across the team.
• Evaluate new GenAI technologies to balance innovation with enterprise requirements.
