Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Profound knowledge of FX and PM products and related sales support.
• Experience supporting FX Institutional Sales processes.
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence for requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements aligning with strategic objectives.
• Analyze FX and PM workflows across onboarding, pricing, execution, and post-trade.
• Collaborate with FX Sales, Trading and Tech to enhance eFX platforms.
• Ensure regulatory and risk management standards are met.
