Zusammenfassung

LGT ILS Partners AG in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to design, implement and operate its portfolio management platform. You will work across .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, and SQL Server, turning business requirements into robust software in a production environment.

You will own frontend, backend and data layer, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with investment professionals and users to refine solutions. English is required; German skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least five years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on skills in React, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, .NET, and C#.
• Experience operating and supporting production applications, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Experience with DevExpress/DevExtreme as well as familiarity with financial, trading, or reinsurance industry would be a strong asset.
• Familiarity with AI and the critical yet efficient use of AI tools in daily development work is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English are a requirement.
• German language skills would be a plus.
• As a proactive and independent person with a team spirit, you demonstrate a strong self-motivation to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• full-stack development across front-end, back-end, and database layers
• operating and supporting the applications in production, including troubleshooting and occasional Windows Server and IIS administration
• maintaining the team’s CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and development tooling
• working directly with business users to refine requirements and design solutions, while selecting technologies, libraries, and frameworks that fit the problem
