LGT ILS Partners AG in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, seeks a seasoned Full-Stack Developer to design, implement and operate its portfolio management platform. You will work across .NET/C#, React/TypeScript, and SQL Server, turning business requirements into robust software in a production environment.

You will own frontend, backend and data layer, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with investment professionals and users to refine solutions. English is required; German skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least five years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on skills in React, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, .NET, and C#.
• Experience operating and supporting production applications, including CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Experience with DevExpress/DevExtreme as well as familiarity with financial, trading, or reinsurance industry would be a strong asset.
• Familiarity with AI and the critical yet efficient use of AI tools in daily development work is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written skills in English are a requirement.
• German language skills would be a plus.
• As a proactive and independent person with a team spirit, you demonstrate a strong self-motivation to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description

Job Description: The LGT ILS development team is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help develop and operate its in-house portfolio management platform. The team works closely with investment professionals and other business users and is responsible for the complete application lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation, deployment, operations, and ongoing improvement.

Primary Project

The primary project is a portfolio management system, consisting of: .NET services integrating with internal and external data sources; a .NET Web API back-end hosted on IIS and responsible for the system's core operations; complex reporting and business intelligence functionality implemented in Microsoft SQL Server: T-SQL, stored procedures; A React/TypeScript front-end.
