Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join The North Face FP&A in Stabio, Switzerland. The role focuses on P&L planning and forecasting, emphasizing sales and margin, channel performance, and profitability optimization.

You will gather budgets and forecasts, load data into BPC, and deliver ad hoc analyses for Senior Management. Collaboration with Planning, Sales, DTC and FP&A Directors is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience with a track record in planning and forecasting.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning and forecasting tools with accuracy for Corporate submissions.
• Ensure actuals and forecasts are loaded correctly into the system.
• Analyze trends in WHS channels and major accounts to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Align financial and commercial expectations to hit sales, margin and inventory targets.
• Support SG&A COE with accurate profit analysis and reporting.
• Deliver ad hoc reports and revenue/margin analyses to senior management.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merch and Operations on budgets and five-year plans.
