Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in accounting, controlling, finance analysis, audit, consulting, or a similar finance-focused role.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss Code of Obligations would be advantageous.
• Business fluent English is required; German would be a plus but is not essential.

• Support monthly and annual closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare cash flow reporting and support liquidity planning.
• Analyse financial and operational data, valuations, reconciliations, and inventory movements.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and reporting automation.
