Jobtailor in Switzerland is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the production scope to drive financial performance, monitor expenses by cost center and deliver accuracy in income statements. The role collaborates with functional managers to define improvement plans and prepare budgets.

You will validate investment requests with ROI analyses, develop KPIs and reporting, and support strategic planning with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Initial experience in controlling or data analysis, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and practical experience with an ERP.
• Autonomous, flexible and a team player.
• Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
