Qualifications

• More than 3 years of work experience.
• Higher professional education and Swiss Federal PET diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Planning of event details and room reservations for up to 500 people, including consultations and cross-selling.
• Creation and maintenance of customer relations, on-site support for customers.
• Carrying out site inspections.
• Handover of events to the operational departments.
• Creation of deposit invoices, final invoices, and general correspondence.
