TSMG in Europe seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations. You will ensure daily deployment readiness and safety, working with AV Ops Leads, Depot Specialists, and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on automotive experience, EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, and experience with ADAS or autonomous hardware. On-site role in Bern with fleet uptime focus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are ready for daily deployment, testing, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness, uptime and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic and software-related issues.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation and findings.
• Support maintenance workflows for high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets.
