Zusammenfassung

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to ensure electric and autonomous vehicles stay safe, reliable, and ready for daily deployment across Europe. You will handle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and software validation for robotaxi operations.

You will collaborate with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, and fleet teams to minimize downtime, perform high-voltage work safely, and support city launches. Strong diagnostics and EV experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair skills across EV and autonomous systems.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems and safety procedures.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and technical repair documentation.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues with clear documentation.
• Support high-availability fleet operations in shift-based environments and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with software updates, hardware checks, and validation prior to deployment.
• Provide shift leadership and mentor junior technicians.
