Zusammenfassung

TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair and ensure the readiness of electric and autonomous fleets across Europe. This role requires hands-on work, strong diagnostic skills, and a focus on safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with AV Operations, engineering, and depot teams to minimize downtime, support ADAS systems, software updates, and safe robotaxi deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
• Work with HV safety procedures when diagnosing and repairing battery systems and drivetrains.
• Support installation, inspection, and replacement of autonomous driving hardware components.
• Perform vehicle software updates and validation checks per procedures.
• Lead on-shift activities and mentor junior technicians.
