Job summary

LIGENTEC in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks a Grant Portfolio Manager to own public funding strategy and multi-year pipelines. You will bridge deep-tech R&D, finance, and consortia, driving proposals to completion with audit-ready governance.

Lead cross-border collaborations across Europe and ensure funding alignment with strategic roadmaps. The role requires 8+ years in grants, with a strong track record in Horizon Europe or similar programs, and fluency in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public funding experience incl. EU instruments and national grants.
• Experience navigating audit and cost-eligibility processes.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong ERP and project-tracking proficiency.
• Ability to lead across remote, multi-country teams.
