Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced in-house attorney to act as a key contracting partner for Europe. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor services, consulting, technology services and procurement, aligning with EFPIA and GDPR standards.

You will support EU commercialization readiness, build scalable templates, and collaborate with Compliance, Privacy and cross-functional teams to enable rapid, compliant European launches.

Competenze

• Law degree and admission to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• 8+ years in-house pharma or life sciences.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate and manage a broad range of commercial agreements (consulting, technology services, vendor, procurement).
• Support commercialization readiness for initial European product launches.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, liability, confidentiality and dispute resolution.
• Draft and negotiate HCP/HCO agreements and country-specific templates per EFPIA and national codes.
• Review promotional, medical education and disease awareness materials per EU/national laws and codes.
• Draft data processing, data transfer and GDPR considerations in commercial contracting.
• Develop and maintain templates, playbooks and legal intake processes for Europe.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Compliance, Privacy and Finance.
• Collaborate with outside counsel as needed.
