Job summary

Air Employment Services Sweden Filial is seeking a Project Planner for Boden to enhance scheduling discipline on a major 6 billion EUR green steel project. The role includes creating and maintaining detailed level 3/4 schedules, coordinating across engineering and construction, and mentoring junior planners.

Rotation or residential work patterns apply, with a 12-month initial contract and ongoing renewal possibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of technical training or experience.
• 5-10 years of EPCm experience with onshore oil & gas, power generation or industrial projects.
• Scheduling experience for large, complex projects preferred.
• Solid command of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and MS Office.
• Ability to produce and maintain logically linked activity schedules per EPCm planning standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform schedule analysis using Primavera P6, Deltek Fuse & Risk, and MS Project.
• Support project baseline creation during initiation and setup.
• Facilitate detailed multi-discipline scope reviews.
• Provide project schedule support and mentor junior planners as required.
• Develop and maintain level 3 and level 4 activity schedules for marine scope installation projects in Oil & Gas, using best practices.
• Produce workforce histograms and progress/quantity curves connected to schedules.
• Review sequences across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Hook-Up, and Commissioning.
