You will develop embedded software for optomechanical devices used in diagnostics and life sciences, define software requirements, and organize work within sprints in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software development (ARM).
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Experience writing drivers for peripherals (sensors, motor controllers, cameras).
• Experience with RTOS (Zephyr) and/or Embedded Linux is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to learn new languages and technologies.

Aufgaben

• Propose and evaluate design approaches; define module interfaces and ensure architecture supports goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Organize software development activities within sprint cycles with internal and external developers.
• Design, develop, and test embedded systems for optomechanical devices per IEC 62304.
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to development processes, tooling, and toolchains.
