You will lead hardware bring‑up, EMC testing, and documentation, coordinating with OEM partners and suppliers. The role requires hands‑on experience shipping real hardware, with mid‑level to senior ownership of the full cycle.

Qualifikationen

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven track record in consumer electronics hardware from concept through production.

Aufgaben

• Define hardware architecture with the project team from concept to series production.
• Capture schematics and PCB layouts in Altium Designer for analog and digital circuits (1.8 VDC to 1 kV, up to ~200 W).
• Simulate circuits in LTspice and evaluate component options balancing performance, cost, space, and standards.
• Apply DFM/DFT from the start; select and qualify components including second sources.
• Build and debug hardware prototypes and perform hardware bring‑up.
• Run EMC pre‑ and post‑compliance tests and robustness tests per IEC 60335.
• Analyze measurement data, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
• Write technical documentation; manage requirements in Polarion and Atlassian tools.
• Coordinate with OEM partners, suppliers, and customers.
