Fortil in French-speaking Switzerland is seeking an Electronic Engineer (M/F) to join a forward-looking R&D team developing advanced electronic systems for regulated medical technologies.

You will define system requirements, review hardware, contribute to embedded firmware, and lead verification activities across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure EMC and Electrical Safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in electronics development.
• Medical Device or regulated industry experience.
• Embedded firmware, verification & validation, and electronics industrialization.

Aufgaben

• Define electronic system requirements and technical specifications.
• Review hardware architecture, schematics and PCB layouts.
• Contribute to embedded firmware specifications and development.
• Lead Verification & Validation activities.
• Define electronic test strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical activities across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Drive technical problem solving and risk mitigation.
