Job summary

Lonza is seeking an EHS Senior Specialist in Visp, Switzerland, to implement and maintain environmental, health and safety standards across our integrated biologics and specialized modalities operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as point of contact for EHS topics and supports compliance with regulations
• Provides support for EHS risk assessments
• Performs EHS assessment and approval of Technical Change Requests
• Participates in Safety Gemba Walks, audits and walkthroughs
• Facilitates execution and documentation of EHS incident investigations
• Supports the business with EHS CAPA & EHS KPI definition and tracking
• Collaborates closely with the Safety Coaches on EHS initiatives
• Conducts training and instruction on EHS topics
