Job summary

UNION BANCAIRE PRIVÉE, UBP SA invites a hands-on Senior Consultant to lead an ECM migration between two banking information systems. You will design and run migration workflows, align data semantics, and coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure secure, timely, and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ECM/content/data migrations in regulated banking/financial environments.
• Deep knowledge of Documentum architecture and administration (D2, Content Server, JMS, API, DFS, DFC, DqMan).
• Strong ETL design and implementation skills for content and metadata migrations; experience with reconciliation and rollback strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business and IT ECM teams to plan and execute the migration of content and metadata between systems.
• Organize and lead data mapping workshops; capture requirements and align data semantics across banks.
• Conduct system assessments to evaluate counterparty data and identify integration challenges.
• Design, implement, and operate ETL processes and migration pipelines; leverage FME where applicable.
• Coordinate cutover and post-migration stabilization activities.
• Emphasize maintainability, observability, and operability across the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance with reconciliation checks and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align integration goals and manage expectations.
• Document data mappings, specs, runbooks, and procedures.
• Ramp up quickly on both organizations’ systems and processes; contribute to cross-team collaboration.
