Zusammenfassung

Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a hands-on Senior Consultant to lead an ECM migration between banking information systems. You will design and run migration workflows, coordinate with business and IT teams, and ensure secure, timely, and compliant delivery with production-focused rigor.

You will leverage your deep Documentum knowledge, ETL expertise, and Java development experience to deliver high-quality outcomes while embracing AI-assisted documentation and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering ECM/content/data migrations in regulated environments, preferably banking/financial services.
• Deep knowledge of Documentum architecture and administration (D2, Content Server, JMS, API, DFS, DFC, DqMan).
• Strong ETL design and implementation skills for content and metadata migrations.
• Experience with reconciliation, rollback strategies and performance considerations.
• Knowledge of FME Migration Tool is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Java development and familiar with DevOps concepts for CI/CD.
• Understanding of Documentum security models, roles and access controls.
• Excellent facilitation and communication, translating business needs into data mappings.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate across time zones; AI tools for documentation welcome.

Aufgaben

• Assist ECM teams to plan and execute migration of content and metadata between banking systems.
• Lead data mapping workshops; capture requirements and align data semantics across banks.
• Assess counterparty data, identify integration challenges, and propose remediation strategies.
• Design, implement and operate ETL pipelines; use FME where applicable.
• Coordinate cutover, post-migration stabilization, and ensure observability and quality.
• Document mappings, runbooks, and technical specifications for IT/business alignment.
• Ramp up quickly on both organizations’ systems and processes; foster cross-team collaboration.
