Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks an experienced Control-M specialist to design and maintain scheduling batch workflows across production, UAT, and other environments. You will ensure high availability, performance, and security of end-to-end processing chains for payments, treasury, accounting, risk, and regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate with RUN, DEV and business teams, automate deployments via Automation API and CTM/CLI, and integrate Control-M with CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• Mastery of Control-M scheduling (design, conditions, calendars, resources, alerting).
• Hands-on with Automation API and CTM/CLI for 'jobs as code'.
• Scripting for automation and remediation.
• Understanding of batch application architectures and production constraints.
• Incident and problem management; RCA writing and corrective actions.
• Clear communication with RUN, DEV, and business teams.

Aufgaben

• Design and industrialize workflows in Control-M (jobs, folders, calendars, conditions, resources).
• Operate and monitor batches, SLAs, and processing windows; manage incidents.
• Integrate Control-M with CI/CD pipelines and deploy jobs as code.
• Ensure security and compliance within the bank's framework and access controls.
