Novartis in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Translational Medicine Expert to provide medical and scientific leadership across early and late-stage programs, guiding strategies from Research to Transition Decision Point and supporting biomarker development using in vitro, in vivo, or in silico methods.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree, MD is required.
• Board certified Dermatologist.
• Ph.D. within dermatology/immunology preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, CRO, or academic medical center, or related experience.
• Fluent oral and written English.

Aufgaben

• Lead early clinical projects from Research to TDP with dermatology TA collaboration.
• Lead late-stage profiling and dosing strategy for GPT decisions.
• Support Translational Research in PIE indications and biomarkers.
• Participate in BD&L as TM representative; provide scientific leadership across line functions.
• Oversee safety data review and publication strategy for TM studies.
