Zusammenfassung

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Digital Advisory Manager to drive business development and lead the preparation of competitive technical and financial proposals in the EU framework contracts landscape. You will coordinate a network of senior experts and research partners to deliver high-impact ICT advisory and digital transformation assignments.

The role requires a university degree, 6+ years in ICT advisory, and strong management, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• University degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of professional ICT advisory, digital transformation or technology consulting experience.
• Experience preparing technical proposals for public-sector ICT consultancy assignments.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary ICT consultants or technology subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, software platforms and system integration.

Aufgaben

• Identify ICT advisory, digital transformation and technology opportunities under EU frameworks and international programmes.
• Analyse Terms of Reference, technical specs and deliverables.
• Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions and staffing estimates.
• Lead methodologies, work plans and budgets for projects.
• Coordinate input from specialists and ensure compliant submissions.
• Manage awarded ICT advisory and transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, schedules and quality; ensure client communication and acceptance.
