You will lead agile, cross-functional teams and guide the delivery of high-impact digital applications, leveraging AI, data science, and computational methods to accelerate R&D and development services.

Qualifikationen

PhD in Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computational Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech environments.

Aufgaben

Drive digital innovation within bioconjugation by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes.
Partner with scientists and stakeholders to translate challenges into digital solutions.
Define digital use cases, success criteria, and high-level functional requirements.
Lead cross-functional agile teams including data scientists, data engineers, and IT partners.
Manage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption and value realization.
Monitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities.
