Job summary

EY's Digital Health Excellence Center in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Consultant to help shape the Swiss healthcare market. You will work with national and international experts on strategy, IT-driven transformations, and implementation of digital health solutions, contributing to client value and patient outcomes.

The role requires a solid academic background, 3–4 years in healthcare or related fields, and fluency in English plus a Swiss local language.

Qualifications

Academic background with bachelor or master in nursing, medicine, medical informatics, clinical IT or digital health.
3–4 years of relevant experience in multidisciplinary/international teams; healthcare background a plus.
Strong understanding of Swiss healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
Experience with healthcare digital solutions (HIS, EHR, CDR, LIMS, CDSS) and standards.

Responsibilities

Drive go-to-market activities, business development, and delivery of healthcare projects.
Develop and maintain materials representing the Swiss healthcare practice reflecting trends and technologies.
Grow professional network and build client relationships to deliver value and support digital transformation.
Collaborate with healthcare, business and technology experts to align solutions with market needs and regulatory requirements.
