Job summary

EM Microelectronic seeks a senior member for sensor IC development in the BU Motion & Optical Sensing. On-site presence is required five days a week, with no hybrid or remote option.

The candidate will contribute to digital IC development from architecture through fabrication, and interact with external teams for architecture, firmware, and validation. Requirements include deep experience in digital design, RTL-to-GDS flow, firmware, and UVM validation, plus a MS (7–10 years) or PhD in a

Qualifications

Experience in all aspects of digital design IC development from architecture to fabrication
Strong background in digital architecture and implementation from RTL to GDS flow, including logic synthesis, place-and-route, STA and power analysis
Solid background in firmware development
Experience with industry standard tools and validation approaches (UVM)

Responsibilities

Strong digital development skills in low-power ICs, including system level performance definition and architecture
Develop and verify digital modules with a structured approach
Interface with EM remote design teams
Support the BU technical leader in product definition and analysis
Coordinate with Quality, Design Services, Fab and Back-End
