Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a sensor IC development specialist to join the EMM-based team on site in Switzerland. The role focuses on contributing and overseeing sensor IC development within the BU Motion & Optical Sensing, ensuring system-level performance and schedule adherence.

You will work closely with EM remote design teams, model and verify digital modules, and support technical analyses to define product requirements. A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Strong digital development skills in low-power integrated circuits, including system level performance definition and architecture.
• Firmware algorithms to meet system level specifications and schedule adherence.
• Structured approach to modeling, developing and verifying digital modules and functions.
• Technical interface with EM remote design teams.
• Support the BU technical leader in product definition including technical analysis.
• Interface with Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End.

As a member of the EMM-based team, he/she is tasked with technically contributing/overseeing sensor IC development in the BU Motion & Optical Sensing.
