OWT is a strategy and technology consulting firm with Alpha Factory as Switzerland’s first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption. We seek a passionate Principal Architect to drive transformation for leading Swiss organizations, based in Lausanne or Geneva, with a hybrid work model.

You will lead complex digital projects, coordinate diverse teams, and mentor delivery staff while staying current with AI trends and promoting innovation across client engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.) in computer science, business or a technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills enabling collaboration with senior and operational teams.
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued.
• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus.

We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Principal Architect to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations, based in either our Lausanne or Geneva office of your choosing.

Your mission:

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners)

• Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

• Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle

• Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation

• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist

• Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy through business process redesign, all the way to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions

• Foster innovation, both internally and at our clients, and promote the use of AI across projects

• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy

• A Master’s degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from top management to operational teams

• Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements

• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued

• A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies

• Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
