Qualifikationen

• Must have extensive experience as a business analyst in a digital/CMS environment.
• Fluent in French and able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience producing clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience managing and prioritizing support tickets and enhancement requests.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards; able to incorporate accessibility considerations into requirements and reviews.

Job Summary

Support the Digital and Business teams by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient management of CMS-related activities and successful delivery of digital enhancements.

• Provide day-to-day CMS support and ticket management.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis and investigate complex issues.
• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements.
• Translate business requests into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution design activities.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Track implementation progress, testing activities, and production releases.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Fluent in French
• Strong experience working with CMS platforms in a digital environment.
• Proven background in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience managing and prioritizing support tickets and enhancement requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience producing clear functional specifications and documentation.
