Job summary

ITech Consult AG is seeking a Principal Design Researcher and Service Designer to drive research delivery for Roche projects in Rotkreuz. You will oversee discovery through launch, integrating qualitative and quantitative insights to shape experience strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of design research leadership in medical technology or regulated environments.
• Proven ability to orchestrate research across multiple projects and products.
• Experience translating customer insights into experience strategies.
• Ability to manage both qualitative and quantitative data and integrate datasets.
• Experience guiding junior designers and communicating business value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads design research teams on large, global cross-chapter projects.
• Translates business objectives and customer needs into design decisions using design thinking.
• Produces key deliverables and leads client conversations within the discipline.
• Analyzes design challenges from multiple angles and translates them into actionable team workstreams.
• Integrates regulatory and domain context into design solutions for Roche.
