Jobtailor in Switzerland seeks an experienced Demand Planning professional to develop and refine short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts for assigned product groups. You will lead the monthly Demand Review and collaborate across Sales, Project Management and Supply Planning to align on demand changes.

Using SAP/IBP and other forecasting tools, you will analyze forecast accuracy, prepare KPI reports, and drive data-driven decisions with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and forecasting methodologies.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/IBP) and forecasting tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and structured working style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts for product groups.
• Lead the monthly Demand Review as part of the S&OP cycle.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and deviations; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Supply Planning to align on demand change.
• Utilize forecasting tools and SAP/IBP for data analysis and forecast generation.
• Prepare reports and KPI analyses to support decision-making.
