Smartwool & icebreaker in Stabio, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Global Planner to strengthen the global demand planning process across the SWIB portfolio. You will consolidate regional inputs into a global view and provide reliable insights for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with regional teams, finance, merchandising and supply planning to highlight risks and opportunities, enabling informed decisions across the planning cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets.
• Extensive experience in demand planning and related analytical planning functions.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with AI & Power BI.
• Ability to consolidate complex information into clear, actionable communication.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the global demand planning data collection across regions, channels, brands and product categories.
• Consolidate regional inputs into a global demand view and identify variances vs targets.
• Analyze demand trends, forecast changes, style-colour productivity, regional performance and channel mix.
• Prepare dashboards and executive summaries to communicate demand movements to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with regional planning, finance, merchandising, commercial teams and global supply planning to align demand with priorities and guardrails.
• Support monthly and seasonal demand review milestones and long-range planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes and data governance.
