Julius Baer in Zurich seeks an experienced data analytics professional within the Analytics and Transformation team of Compliance to drive risk-focused insights and predictive capabilities. You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Analytics and Legal SMEs to implement new technologies, manage change initiatives, and deliver actionable data stories for senior stakeholders.

• Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
• At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
• Proven experience in managing audit and regulatory expectations
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business stories
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives to success, with focus on Non-Financial Risk (e.g., AML, Client Review, Fraud or Sanctions)
• Collaborate with internal IT and external providers to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best-in-class solutions by leveraging latest technology as well as the Compliance Analytics & Transformation in-house built infrastructure
• Design, develop, monitor and document predictive models following industry best practices and sound theoretical foundation
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes
• Assess and manage change requests raised by the business
• Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports
