ELCA Group is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and deliver scalable, cloud-based data platforms powering strategic decisions for Swiss public and private sectors.

You will work with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Spark, and modern DevOps practices to build high-performance data solutions and mentor peers on technical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud data platforms, or distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data architecture, ETL/ELT, and large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation.
• Knowledge of Terraform, real-time or micro-batch architectures.
• Familiarity with data mesh, data products, or AI/ML environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
