Job summary

Xebia DACH seeks an experienced Data & AI Engagement Lead in Switzerland to steer end-to-end client projects. You will align strategy, advisory work, and technical delivery across Databricks platforms and GenAI capabilities, while guiding nearshore and offshore teams to successful outcomes.

In this role, you’ll translate business needs into practical data solutions, develop proposals, and contribute to service line initiatives.

Qualifications

6–9 years of Data & AI experience, with at least 3 years in client-facing consulting.
Background in Data & AI engineering or architecture, capable of guiding client conversations.
Experience delivering Data & AI engagements with nearshore or offshore teams.
Fluent in German; Swiss German is a plus.
EU/EFTA citizenship or Swiss work permit, and relevant financial services exposure.

Responsibilities

Leading Data & AI engagements end-to-end, managing scope, budget, governance, and client steering.
Coordinating Swiss, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams; ensuring quality and alignment.
Hands-on delivery across advisory, architecture, and technical design where value is highest.
Engaging with client stakeholders to translate needs into practical Data & AI solutions.
Shaping new opportunities within existing accounts; contributing to proposals and SLAs.
