Unit8 in Zurich is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Data & AI Consulting Practice. Lead client engagements, shape data-driven strategies, and implement ML-driven solutions in real-world projects across industries.

You will collaborate with data scientists and IT architects, drive business development, and help scale our consulting services while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tangible impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or equivalent.
• Experience advising on data analytics, machine learning, data platforms and cloud.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/engineering/business/math or natural sciences.

Aufgaben

• Consult clients on becoming data-driven, assess data & ML maturity, and define impactful roadmaps.
• Interact with clients to understand data challenges and business questions to answer.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and IT architects on data-based solutions.
• Advise on data governance, model governance, MLOps and analytics centers of excellence.
• Contribute to growth strategy and new data & AI consulting offerings.
