Job summary

DwyerOmega in Switzerland is seeking a pragmatic Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and advising business leaders across functions.

You should have about 5+ years in commercial contracting, strong communication, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant legal experience with significant commercial contracting.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B agreements.
• Ability to independently identify issues, assess risk, and communicate clearly to non-lawyers.
• Experience with international commercial transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on domestic and international commercial agreements.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Identify material legal and commercial risks and propose solutions balancing risk with business needs.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard clauses.
• Support continuous improvement of contract review, approval, and lifecycle processes.
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to various business functions including sales, procurement, and operations.
