Job summary

On Creative Studio in Zürich seeks a Senior Copy Lead to craft copy and to concept industry-leading creative across our global campaigns. As Senior Copy Lead, you’ll work closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to deliver impactful concepts and stories across channels.

The ideal candidate is an expert conceptual storyteller with a deep understanding of channel best practices, a strong connection to sports culture, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• A dynamic, experienced copywriter with strong leadership in creative campaigns.
• Proven track record in developing big ideas for global ATL advertising or brand campaigns.
• Deep understanding of sports culture and diverse athletic categories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Art Directors to concept and execute campaigns across channels.
• Present creative ideas based on strategy, sports insights, and trends.
• Deliver campaigns with craft on ambitious timelines across films, OOH, and 360.
• Uphold On's voice, lead diverse teams, and drive bold, original concepts.
• Manage multiple high-priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Exemplify leadership and contribute to company culture and events.
