Kindora is seeking a Delivery Team Lead – Core Functions to supervise a 20–50 person delivery team and drive high-quality Salesforce-based solutions. You will align business goals with IT architecture, coordinate with partners, and manage project delivery end-to-end across the Grant Management domain.

The role requires deep business process knowledge, strong leadership, and experience coordinating with global teams and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree in information systems management, computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology solutions and managing multi-vendor teams.
• Strong engagement with IT business partners and governance forums.

Aufgaben

• Lead project deliveries for one or more functional domains in Grant Management and related departments, primarily on Salesforce.
• Act as focal point and escalation lead for vendor delivery teams and IT partners across full project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align scope, timelines, and budgets.
