Zusammenfassung

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst, Reporting & MIS to shape the design and evolution of management reporting for Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management. You will bridge business, data and IT, ensuring requirements translate into sustainable reporting and governance structures.

You will advise on KPIs, enhance reporting processes, and contribute to client development and project delivery, including workshops and KPI validation.

Qualifikationen

• 5–6 years of experience in consulting or a business function within private banking or similar financial services
• Strong experience in Reporting and Management Information Systems
• Deep understanding of Retail, Corporate, Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management processes
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in regulatory or business transformation projects
• Very good knowledge of banking KPIs, management reporting, and sales steering
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at senior levels

Aufgaben

• Translate complex business requirements into functional concepts and reporting logic
• Advise clients on defining banking KPIs and improving reporting processes
• Support client development, project management, and ongoing Capco Banking Consulting growth
• Lead and facilitate workshops with business divisions and senior stakeholders
• Coordinate testing, KPI validation, and implementation of new reporting solutions
• Support cross-functional collaboration across Business, Data, and IT functions
