Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is seeking a Swiss-based consultant to lead engagements for prestigious asset and wealth managers. You will work on TOMs, operating models, and transformation initiatives, partnering with senior clients and cross-office teams.

We value a strong academic background and fluency in German and English, with opportunities for mentoring, client development, and career growth in a meritocratic, global firm. Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of proven experience in consulting or projects within a leading financial institution or consulting firm.
Experience in blue‑chip Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers.
Experience with TOMs, business processes and/or IT solutions (Distribution, CRM, Portfolio, Risk, Middle/Back Office).
Fluency in German and English is required.
Eligible to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Carry out consulting engagements or manage projects for prestigious clients in Asset Management.
Contribute to operating model reviews, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across offices and mentor junior members.
