Zusammenfassung

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting is seeking a Switzerland-based consultant to join our asset and wealth management practice. You will carry out engagements for blue‑chip clients and help deliver operating model, digital transformation and change initiatives.

Ideally you bring 2+ years in consulting within financial services, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior team members while collaborating across offices in a dynamic, meritocratic environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of consulting or project experience in financial services
• Experience with blue-chip financial institutions preferably Asset or Wealth Managers
• Projects in Target Operating Model, processes and IT solutions such as Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management, Risk management
• Strong communication, presentation and MS Office skills

Aufgaben

• Carry out consulting engagements for prestigious clients in Asset Management
• Manage projects including TO M, operating models, digital transformation and change management
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and share know-how across the group
• Mentor, coach and lead junior team members on projects
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
