Responsibilities

• Develop algorithms for UWB radios considering implementation complexity aspects
• Collaborate with digital and analog designers on requirements specifications for UWB baseband and analog features
• Derive clear specifications for analog and digital blocks to be implemented on chip
• Evaluate performance trade-offs and propose innovative improvements to existing UWB features
• Lead sub-projects of UWB IP algorithm development and ensure a smooth work process
• Proactively drive improvement of existing IPs and working flows
• Contribute to team growth by supporting colleagues on a day-to-day basis

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (PhD is a plus)
• At least 5 years of professional or academic experience in Digital Signal Processing or Communication Systems
• Strong modelling skills in Matlab/Python
• Experience with signal processing and algorithm development, ideally for wireless communication or machine learning
• Ability to write pseudocode of algorithms to be used by other teams involved in IC design
• Experience in Pulsed Time Radars, Wireless Radio communication and Digital Design is a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
