Beagle seeks a Principal Wireless SoC Architect to lead architecture and development of next-generation low-power wireless SoCs. You will drive system-level design, define technical direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver semiconductor solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture, aligning RF/analog/digital teams, and optimizing performance, power, and cost. A MSc/PhD and 15+ years in wireless SoC domains are required.

Formación

• 15+ years in wireless SoC architecture and RF CMOS.
• MSc or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record delivering low-power wireless SoCs to production.
• Strong expertise in wireless system architecture, RF integration, and system-level design.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth LE or other low-power wireless protocols is advantageous.
• Experience with advanced process nodes (22nm or below) and ultra-low-power design is a plus.
• Fluent English is essential; French would be an advantage.
